Impromptu Trip to Singapore

Yes as the title reads, that's what I did for the weekend of Chinese New Year's eve.

long weekend, ni plans. On Tuesday was like "Im going to Singapore tomorrow!" Lol.

So I stayed in Singapore for 2 nights and it was awesome! Great unplanned trip indeed! (Thank God)

Ice cream date

I've been wanting to gonto the friggin Magnum restaurant at Midvalley Megamall Kuala Lumpur since last year. 

Yes Magnum as in the Magnum ice cream from Wall's. 

It's basically the same ice cream just you can put some garnishes on the ice cream.

The date? My very own best friend Faten! What a cute way to spend time before she goes to Europe for 3 damn weeks!

Back on the ice creams, it was ok. Taste like Magnum ice creams. Ha ha

 

Short Evening Trip to Malacca

Malacca never fails to fascinate me. Its Clean, well preserved and beautiful sceneries are to die for.

The state is not foreign to me as it is near to my hometown and everytime I go back to my grandma's place  I will try to be in the Malacca town.

Last weekend which quite a long break I took the opportunity to be there with a friend for one whole evening. It's not long enough. But to be able to be there alone is satisfying enough though. 

Went to the Kota Laksamana to take some ootds and then proceeded to the jonker street market. Though I've been there for quite a few times I still got excited. Hehe.

Didn't manage to take a lot of photos because right after I took a couple of photos my battery died on me. Shait.

Nevertheless I'm sharing some ootd pictures of that evening. And the famous beautiful red building. Gonna come back soon and goots make sure I'll take more photos!

The Saturday Squad

What a long weekend we have for this week right?! That was awesome.

This means I have more opportunities and time to see my friends especially those I havent seen for soooo long. 

On Saturday (semalam) my friends and I finally see and hang out together for the whole evening. Like literally the whole evening dari pukul 4 sampailah pkul 2 pagi.

Mula mula lepak dengan Rein, Syafiq Duckie, Berd dan Farhan di Pavilion. Dorang melayan aku yang datang lambat makan kat Pavilion.

Then we moved to the foyer of the mall and took pictures like a bunch of camwhore boys. Screw the people judging, it was actually fun.

Masuk window shopping at some stores then jumpa Naim "model" at his working place dan kidnap dia sekejap untuk borak dan ambil gambar. 

Pak guard jadi mangsa kami minta tolong amik photos of us boys. Walaupun amik senget benget kami tetap berterima kasih.

Then jadi kehausan pulak and we decided to go to Starbucks tingkat atas Pavilion tu. Rein and Duckie being health conscious opted for some juices from Juice Works (or something like that) and tapaw bawak ke Starbucks. Sapa suruh Starbucks takde fresh juice kan. Starbucks please take note lol.

Also I took the opportunity to celebrate Rein's belated birthday. A tasty marshmallows cake for Rein!

Then came along Aken, Israq and their friend Ilya joining us. Borak dari cerita pasal kerja(boooring), cerita hindustan sampailah apatah lagi topik... Sampai bosan then tatau nak pergi mana. Nak tengok movie ke nak karok? Then suma decide ok to go karaoke so we proceed to Diva Karaoke at One Shamelin. Nice place but they need to improve. Photos di dalam bilik karaoke bernama Rozita Che Wan akan dimasukkan dalam post ni kemudian. Stay tuuuuned.

Well we sing the night away and wrapped up the lepak session by having super late supper at Murni Permaisuri Cheras.

Google Office Visit

Hello. Last weekend I had the opportunity to visit Google Office Malaysia.

Selected members of the media were invited by Google to take part in a quiz held by the Internet giant. The game was called Get in Touch with Your Mojo Challenge.

The challenge's questions are based on Google and its products/services namely Maps, Chrome, Translate and Search. We were divided into groups and my team won second place!

It was specifically held at their office's cafe cum pantry cum cool hangout place (for their staff to take five).

If you have never been there, I'm telling you guys... The Google cafe.... It was really awesome.

Fancy food and drinks, cool seats and the concept was a mixture of modern and Malaysian coffee shop. I guess.

My point is... it was really a great place to work in! Anyway, here are some pictures from the visit and more of the cool cafe and prizes I got at my post on Youtube channel.

What a sweet surprise for me and my team at GenY received today.

AirAsia sent a gift today to say thank you for supporting and participating in their events. It's a box congo bars in pie shape with assorted tops.

Gucci Backpack's Debut

How was your weekend everybody? Hope everything was great.

Mine was kinda busy but I managed to catch up with some friends. Since I'm no longer reading the news part time at that TV station, I have more time during the weekend! Oh yasss.
So I managed to meet up with my friends more and go around the city more!

The other day I did some teasing of my latest bag in a post and later a reveal aka unboxing video.
Hope you guys managed to see it. Not to brag just to share the excitement. It's not like we can buy a really good bag all the time. So I just want to set the record straight.

Over the weekend I wore my Gucci backpack with some new clothes from Zara (the haul for the shopping at Zara will be shared soon).

I managed to take some pictures wearing it. I shared one on my instagram and thought why not share more pictures here!

Finally! My First Gucci Bag

Hari tu Buck ada  berfikir-fikir nak beli bag dan ada beberapa pilihan yang Buck dah tengok-tengok. Dan weekend hari tu, lepas buat keputusan, Buck pergi ke Pavilion mall Bukit Bintang untuk beli bag yang diidamkan tu. Dah lah memang nak pakai bag baru sangat nih.

Yup, I bought the Gucci bag. Gucci bag itu yang paling sesuai sekarang dan dalam budget :).

Tahun 2015 ni ada beberapa trend pelik yang jejantan yang suka berfesyen gayakan. buck suka gak berfesyen tapi tak mampu nak buat bergaya macam ni.

Beberapa trend ini memang lain daripada lain dan sememangnya pelik dilihat orang. tak tahulah yang gayakan ni nak publisiti je ke atau memang ni stail dorang suka. Tapi inilah dia yang Buck rasa gaya pelik lelaki untuk tahun 2015.

Rambut bersanggul

Kalau dulu rambut sanggul ekslusif untuk gaya wanita namun kini tidak lagi kerana ramai lelaki muda menggayakan sanggul dengan stail mereka sendiri. Dipanggil manbun, samurai hair atau topknot ia sangat popular dalam kalangan lelaki moden tidak kira latar belakang atau karier mereka. Biasanya rambut tepi dipotong pendek dan bahagian atas disimpan panjang supaya boleh diikat.

Jambang berhias

Gaya berjambang memang sudah menjadi kebiasaan lelaki sekarang. Namun ada yang membawanya ke satu tahap lebih ekstrem dengan menghiasknnya dengan barangan yang memang tidak dijangka-jangka seperti manik, debu berkilat malah bunga-bungaan! memang pelik namun itulah yang digayakan mereka untuk memberi kelainan mereka dan membezakan jambang mereka dengan jambang jejaka lain.

Apo tu rambut duyung? Rambut diwarnakan memang tidak pelik namun jika rambut diwarnakan dengan bermacan tona memanglah tersangat unik.  Trend rambut warna warni  ini mula dipopularkan oleh anak muda yang popular di laman sosial Tumbler. Ia dipanggil rambut duyung atau merman hair kerana seakan warna yang dibayangkan ada pada lagenda duyung. Malah ia tidakpun dipandang pelik dalam kalangan anak muda yang suka berfesyen.

Baju tidur kartun 

Pakaian waktu tidur yang banyak gambar kartun sudah menjadi kebiasaan untuk anak kecil. Namun banyak jenama fesyen terkenal menghasilkan baju gaya ini untuk diapakai orang dewasa mendapat sambutan anak muda dan menjadi trend popular. H&M dan Topman yang sangat sinonim dengan fesyen anak muda mendapat permintaan yang sangat tinggi untuk baju jenis ini. Peliknya adalah ia bukan dipakai untuk waktu tidur namun diapakai ke luar untuk berjalan-jalan dan menjadi "fashion statement" si pemakai.
